On Thursday, November 10, 2016, iPoint is hosting the symposium "Conflict Minerals & Sustainable Supply Chain" at the Cultural and Congress Centre FILharmonie in Filderstadt, Germany, for the fourth time in a row.
Dr. Chris Bayer (Development International), Jochen Dettke (DEKRA), and other experts from the business, legal, and academic sphere will discuss the corporate challenges of sustainable products, sustainable value chains, and sustainable brands, with an emphasis on the Conflict Minerals legislation in the US and the EU.
The event is addressed to everyone professionally involved in the topics of Conflict Minerals, Modern-day Slavery and Human Trafficking, RoHS, REACH, CSR, Circular Economy, and other challenges in the area of environmental and social product compliance as well as sustainable procurement, e.g. Compliance Officers, Quality Managers, Supply Chain Managers, CSR Officers, EHS Managers, Purchasing Managers, Corporate Counsels, and Product Developers.
