AMRT 1.2 - Additional Minerals Reporting Template
What's new
The Pilot Reporting Template (PRT) has been renamed to the Additional Minerals Reporting Template (AMRT), with version 1.2 launched on October 4, 2024. This change marks its transition from the "pilot" stage to a more established tool.
The renaming reflects the template’s maturity and official status. Previously, low supplier adoption of the PRT indicated that some companies may not have viewed it as a formal RMI tool. The RMI expects the new AMRT branding to drive greater participation in the 2024 reporting cycle.
Changes between PRT 1.1 and AMRT 1.2
The main changes in AMRT v.1.2 compared to PRT v.1.1 include:
- The addition of German language support, expanding its accessibility
- No other functional changes were made beyond the rebranding and language update
